Open it the first time

Only bypass the macOS warning for Image Resizer downloaded from this official site. The app is not Apple-notarized, so macOS asks you to confirm it before the first launch.

  1. Open the DMG and drag Image Resizer into Applications.
  2. Open Image Resizer once. When macOS shows the verification message, choose Done.
  3. On macOS 15 or newer, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security and choose Open Anyway.
  4. Authenticate with your Mac password or Touch ID, then choose Open. Future launches work normally.

On macOS 14, you can also Control-click the app and choose Open. See the complete opening guide for both versions.
